1. Third-Party Integrations

MarketPadHQ integrates with third-party services to provide core functionality. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Stripe – payment processing
  • SendGrid – email delivery
  • Meta (Facebook) – advertising and analytics
  • Google – calendar and analytics
  • Slack – team notifications
  • Zapier – workflow automation

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. MarketPadHQ is not responsible for the practices, content, or security of these third-party services.

By using these integrations, you agree to the terms and conditions of each respective third-party provider. MarketPadHQ disclaims all liability arising from your use of third-party services.

2. Copyright Policy

MarketPadHQ Corp. respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same.

a. Ownership

All content, code, design, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the MarketPadHQ platform are the exclusive property of MarketPadHQ Corp. unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

b. User Content

Users retain ownership of the data and content they upload to the platform. By uploading content, users grant MarketPadHQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates upon account deletion.

c. Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the MarketPadHQ platform in a way that constitutes infringement, you must submit a written notice to:

Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The location of the allegedly infringing material (e.g., URL)
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

d. Repeat Infringers

MarketPadHQ reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Termination is at the sole discretion of MarketPadHQ Corp.

3. DMCA Compliance

MarketPadHQ complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds to valid takedown notices. Submissions should be sent to the contact information above. Our full Copyright Policy & DMCA Compliance sets out the designated DMCA agent, safe harbor, and the counter-notice process.

4. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
