Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans begin with a free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and the payment method on file is charged on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketPadHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
