  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass security measures

Scraping and Data Misuse

  • Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform without our express written permission
  • Repurposing or reselling data obtained from the platform
  • Using the platform to harvest or collect personal information of other users

Platform Abuse

  • Using the platform to send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited communications
  • Creating fake or misleading accounts
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the platform

Inappropriate Content

  • Posting, sharing, or distributing content that is:
    • Defamatory, harassing, or threatening
    • Discriminatory or hateful
    • Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
    • Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others

3. Consequences of Violation

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Remove or disable access to any content you have posted
  • Report your activity to law enforcement authorities

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP.

4. No Liability

MarketPadHQ Corp. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of this AUP. You are solely responsible for your use of the platform.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
