Short version: be useful and be honest. The longer version: 1. Keep it on topic for the room you are in. A support question gets answered faster in Help & Support than in General Discussion. 2. Search before you post. If a thread already exists, replying to it keeps the answer in one place where the next person will find it. 3. No spam, no affiliate links, no pitching your own product in someone else’s thread. Talking about the tools you actually use is fine and useful — advertising them is not. 4. Do not post anything private. This forum is public and indexed by search engines. That includes API keys, customer lists, contact exports, screenshots with real customer data in them, and invoice details. If you need to share something private with us, use support instead. 5. Disagree with the argument, not the person. Threads that turn into an argument about each other rather than about the work get locked. 6. One account per person. Do not use the forum to run several identities. What we do when something breaks these rules: we edit or remove the post and say so. Repeated or deliberate abuse loses posting access. Removing a post never deletes the replies underneath it — the thread keeps its shape and the decision stays on the record. This thread is locked because it is a reference, not a discussion. If you think a rule here is wrong, start a thread in General Discussion and argue for it — that is a legitimate thing to want to do.
